Pitch a Story

I write For Every Scale, a Substack about how generative AI is changing work, strategy and the operating model of modern companies.

My readers are executives, founders, senior operators, marketers, investors and people trying to understand what AI actually changes inside a business.

I’m interested in hearing from two groups.

Companies using generative AI in real workflows.

And companies building the tools, platforms and infrastructure behind that shift.

The best stories are specific.

What changed inside the business?
What workflow improved?
What was harder than expected?
What saved time?
What created risk?
What is still mostly hype?

I’m especially interested in practical examples across marketing, customer experience, sales, operations, product, finance, procurement and internal knowledge work.

Before writing For Every Scale, I co-founded REALas, a property prediction platform acquired by ANZ in 2017. That experience shapes how I look at AI. I’m less interested in demos and more interested in whether a product survives contact with customers, enterprise buyers, trust, distribution and real operating constraints.

I’m open to briefings, demos, customer examples, executive conversations and useful data.

I’m not interested in vague transformation language, paid placement or consulting work.

I decide what I write about and how I frame it. I do not offer copy approval.
